Set In the heart of an area of natural beauty, surrounded by woodland ~ this part of the Poitou Charente is home to lots of wildlife species.
The Charente makes a great base to explore other attractions like the Marais Poitevin, Venis Vert and the nearby coast ~ just over 1 hour away. Futurescope if only about 40 mins away which is a great day out for the kids, tickets can be pre-booked. Enjoy breakfast on the terrace - or we can bring it to you at the lakeside if you prefer. We serve buffet style breakfast or Full English. Packed lunches, snacks and evening meals are available, with a barbeque once a week throughout the warmer months. A full range of drinks and snacks available on site throughout your stay. Special Diets can be catered for ~ please state your needs at time of booking
Our Lake is fully stocked with Mirror and Common Carp, Sturgeon, Bream, Pike, Cat Fish and some Trout!! Lots of Roach and Rudd about and others we haven’t found yet - so a good mix of fish stock that should be enough to satisfy most anglers. We have carp to 30lb+, and the new stock going in will cover 20’s, 30’s 40 plus Cats of 30/40lb
